What is this new pain pump for after surgery?

I have been using a non-narcotic pain pump to manage pain after surgery. This system has a very thin tube that delivers numbing medicine into the wound to relieve pain. This is an uncomplicated self-contained system that can provide pain relief 2 days after surgery. It can easily go home with you with a fanny pack like a walkman. When it is empty, you can easily and painlessly pull the tiny tube out and throw it away.
